Diabet sau enzime pancretice insuficiente

O persoana care are diabet prezinta la debut polidipsie, poliurie, polifagie si pierdere ponderala. Insuficienta pancreatica endocrina sau exocrina? Astept raspunsul tau...

Asa mi s-a spus la un control neamanuntit, ca as putea avea o insuficienta enzimatica secretata de pancreas, ceva de genul asta...Am avut si stari de lesin, dar poate erau din cauza altor afectiuni, iar sp***a am fost mai mereu. Nu stiu deci sa-ti spun daca endocrina sau exocrina, presupun ca exocrina, endocrinologic am facut multe analize, toate-s bune. Multumesc pentru raspuns!

BUNA!!...Iarasi eu...cauta pe net KREON 10000,capsule gelatinose. Am facut tratament cu acest medicament,la recomandarea gastroenterologului,in primavara. A fost doar ecografia de rutina, plus discutii despre problemele mele digestive. Citeste despre el.

Acu un an mi s-a prescris Kreon, dar acelasi medic s-a razgandit si mi-a spus ca poate e prea puternic...asa ca am ramas nelamurita in legatura cu acest medicament si nici nu am luat. Imi e teama sa iau ceva ce poate avea efecte nedorite. Tie ce ti-a ameliorat? A meritat? Multumesc mult!
